The Tropass mobile hospital and disaster unit is a flexible medical emergency unit composed of different modules it is well suited for use in civilian disasters as well as in the military services.
Ease of handling and operating, combined with the flexible design and its mobility, makes it possible to use the system in the epicentre of the disaster.

The Tropass 1 can be customized for use in tents, tents or containers or in existing buildings.
In addition the modules can be split up and structured in various combinations.

The Tropass field hospitals have been designed based on the years of experience of relief workers, engineers and aid organizations.

Based on existing stocks, the Tropass 1 field hopitals in tents can be deployed to any location in the world within two to three days when flight conections are adequate. They can be fully operational within 24 hours after arrival.

1 Reception tent with resuscitation equipment
The rescue tent consist of two parts. In the first part take place the first investigation and treatment and the admission in the other departments.
The result of the check determinate the further treatment.
Outpatients can dismiss after investigation and treatment. A subsequent treatment as an ambulant patient can be made.

The operation theatres are based in two tents connected with a connecting tent and with the laboratory tent and the ICU / Recovery tent.
The connecting tent serves as pre operation tent and airlock between ward and the op theatres. Within this tent the patients are prepared for the surgical intereference. The Op theatres are equipped with devices and furniture for the execution of small and medium surgical interferences.

The containers are new and painted in RAL 9010 (white) with red cross signs on the outerwalls. The interior is isolated and covered with PVC to enable the setup of suitable hyghienic standards.

The Op complex is completely airconditioned, has steel doors outside and suitable inner doors.
All doors to the block, to the Op theatres and to the ICU have 125 cm width.
The windows are made out of double glass and plastic frames, every window can be closed with outer shutters.
The windows in the OP theatres are completely covered with opaque foils, the other windows are half covered with an opaque foil.

As the equipment is designed for the regular use in hospitals, a lateron use in local hospitals and healthcentres is well possible.

The containerized version Tropass 2 is ready for shipment within 3-4 weeks. Normal delivery time to destination is 6 – 8 weeks.
